Which Platform Does My Phone System Use?

In order to meet the various requirements of different call center environments, SpectrumVoIP operates three distinct VoIP platforms: Stratus, Enswitch 1 (ES1), and Enswitch 2 (ES2).

Identifying Your Platform

There are various ways to identify which platform your service is hosted on:

  • From your SpectrumVoIP phone, dial 4360 and press Send (or #). 

    ✓ A message will play stating the name of the platform that services your account. 

     
  • The URL used to log in to your phone system management's web portal will also state the platform in use.
    • For Stratus Users:
    • For ES1 or ES2 Users: 

  • When logged into an ES account, the particular platform is identified in the top banner:
