What is a Rate Deck for International Calls?
International Rate Decks are used to keep record of the costs associated with calling different international destinations. These rates can vary depending on the cost determined by carriers and phone service providers.

This spreadsheet can be opened using Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other spreadsheet editors.
Use Excel to Find a Destination's Rate
When using our provided international rate deck, search for the prefix of the international phone number and its associated rate.
To do this…
- Open the International Rate Deck spreadsheet in Excel.
✓ Doing so will pull up a list of rates and prefixes used in the telephone numbers for certain locations.
- On the Home tab of Excel, click Find & Select and then Find….
✓ The Find and Replace menu will appear.
- In the Find what box, type the Prefix for the destination telephone number.
- Select the Match entire cell contents checkbox.
More Info: This box should be checked to ensure Excel only looks for those exact numbers without any extra digits.
- Click the Find Next button.
✓ Doing this will select the matching cell and place a green box around it.
- On the matching cell's Row, look at the rate listed in Column D.
