Enswitch - Export a Spreadsheet of Your Speed Dials

Discover how you can use the Export feature to download a .csv spreadsheet that lists out the speed dials existing on your Enswitch account.

If needed, a spreadsheet listing out your created speed dials can be downloaded to your PC. 

Quick Tip: This can be useful for keeping record of your account's speed dials. Some users print out this spreadsheet to share with their team. 

 

To export a spreadsheet of your speed dials…

  1. Navigate to Features → Speed dials to view your account's existing speed dials.
  2. Click the Export as .csv button.

    ✔ You should see that the spreadsheet has downloaded.

     
  3. Now you can open, view, print, and share the spreadsheet as needed.
