Transfer Call Straight to Voicemail
Sometimes you may wish to transfer a call directly to an extension's voicemailbox instead of straight to the extension for it to ring before going to voicemail.
- In Stratus, this can be done by adding 03 to the beginning of the extension you wish to transfer to.
For Example…
To transfer a call to extension 102's voicemail. You can transfer the call to 03102.
During an active call, you would press, Transfer, 0-3-1-0-2, Transfer.
- This will send the current caller straight to the mailbox of user 102.
- You can also call straight to a user's voicemail just like you would a user's extension.
- You can dial 03102, then press SEND.
