What Invoices Will I Receive?
Your SpectrumVoIP service contract has two components: the Equipment Package that is billed by your Third-Party Leasing Company, and the VoIP Service Package that is billed by SpectrumVoIP. Each of these packages have their own invoices.
You can expect to be billed once your phone number(s) and services become active. Future invoices will be sent on the 15th of each month and are due on approximately the first of the following service month.
The Equipment Package
Your equipment that is being leased by a Third-Party leasing company will be shown in your Equipment Package invoice.
Some examples of equipment that can be leased are…
- Your desktop and cordless phones
- Fax ATAs (analog telephone adapters)
- Switches
- Routers (Mikrotik, SVA [SpectrumVoIP Anywhere], Connected IO, etc.)
- Failover devices
The VoIP Service Package
The VoIP Service Package invoice will show your SpectrumVoIP services being billed.
The most common services that are billed by SpectrumVoIP are…
- The seats/extensions (phone lines) present on your account.
- The phone number(s) serviced by SpectrumVoIP.
- Unlimited long distance calling services in the Continental United States.
Your bill may also include any optional services that have been added to your account by request, such as…
- SpectrumVoIP's extended call recording storage service.
Quick Tip: The pricing for this service is based on the number of months allotted and the total number of seats using this service.
- Any fees for international calls that are placed for that billing period.
Note: International calls are any calls made to an entity outside of the US, Canada, Mexico, and Puerto Rico.
The charges for these calls are metered and based on the location being called.
