Return New/Unused Products

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for an exchange or return…

  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it. 
  • Your unused device will need to be returned in its original packaging. 
  • You will need the receipt or proof of purchase from the SpectrumVoIP web store.

NOTE: Any phones or equipment currently under contract cannot be returned for a refund.

Request a Return

To start a return for new, unused merchandise, you can contact us at contact@store.spectrumvoip.com.

Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

We will not pay for return shipping or provide you a return label. You can always contact us for any return questions at contact@store.spectrumvoip.com.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as…

  • Refurbished items (unless damaged or non-functional)
  • Products bought from a sale
  • Gift cards

SpectrumVoIP reserves the right to deny any requests for refunds on items it deems non-returnable.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the product you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item using our web store.

Refunds

We will notify you once our team has received and inspected your return. You will also be told if the refund was approved or not. 

✔ If your request is approved, you will automatically be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. 

Note: It is important to note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund on their side.
