Improvement CDR Fixed an issue with FTP CDR Export data intermittently appearing as empty.
Bug CDR FTP CDR exports no longer experience intermittent failures.
Bug CDR Resolved an issue where call history was showing different results between servers in the same cluster.
Bug CDR Corrected a bug for scheduled CDR exports.
Previously, if a call ended just before a report was scheduled to be exported, the call would not be included in the CDR.
Bug CDR Improved download of “custom” scheduled exports.
Previously, download issues could cause a 404 error.
Bug CDR Improved error handling in failing FTP and SFTP exports. 
     
Improvement NDP Corrected the # of phone lines for various Yealink devices to support expanded line capacity. 
Task NDP Added full support for Yealink T44W and T44U models.
Bug NDP Cascade directory options now support suffixed users.
Bug NDP Corrected issue where Line Appearance/SLA's were incorrectly shown as selectable options for line keys on Yealink sidecars.
 
Improvement NMS Ensured that calls can be transferred even while ringing one or more agents.
Improvement NMS Ensured that user and domain call block rules are honored and followed when a phone number's Treatment is set as “Call Queue”. 
Bug NMS 9-1-1 calls are uninterrupted when emergency notification phone calls are enabled.
Bug NMS Corrected a Call Parking issue with calls across geo-nodes and endpoints in different domains. 
Previously, if the receiver parked the call, picked up the call, and then attempted to park again, the park would fail. 
Bug NMS Fixed a bug concerning calls dispatched to off-net agents via ring all queues. 
Previously, if the carrier replied with a 407 or 401 response, the system would be unable to retrieve the correct call leg after sending authorization. Depending on the carrier, this would result in hanging or rejected calls.
Bug NMS Corrected a V44.2 Early Access issue concerning Round Robin and Tiered Round Robin queues. 
Previously, if an agent was using a PUSH device and PUSH did not receive a response, the queue call would not continue to other agents in the queue.
Bug NMS Corrected an issue concerning calls dispatched to User Agents for Ring All and Linear Cascade queues. 
Previously, when an agent toggled a time frame, the new answering rule setting was not honored.
 
Improvement OMP The Contacts dock has a faster load time and a more stable click-to-call functionality.
Improvement OMP SMS and SMS queue features are more stable with fewer bugs. 
Improvement OMP The agent status button updates when switching between offline states in another application.
Bug OMP When an agent ends a session using the “End” button, a closing message is sent to the client informing them the session has ended.
Bug OMP Column settings within tables persist regardless of logging in/out. 
Bug OMP Corrected a V44.2 regression issue with Portal Redundancy. 
This issue was causing intermittent Portal failures for users.
Bug OMP Made improvement to the load time of the Contacts dock when it contains a large number of off-net contacts. 
Now when the number of off-net contacts exceeds the default value of 500, the contacts will be hidden from the dock. Gravatars will now only attempt to load when they are expected to be displayed.
Bug OMP Improved the click-to-call functionality of the popout Contacts dock. 
Bug OMP Prevented voicemail message forwarding in the portal to be used to forward voicemails to users with disabled voicemails. 
Bug OMP Corrected an issue within Call Center Reports that caused the selected date and time range to be reset when switching between reports.
Bug OMP Fixed a v44.0 regression bug concerning the appearance of the DND icon in the user's StratusWEB PHONE status. 
Previously, when a user's answering rules were set as “Do Not Disturb”, the appropriate DND icon would not appear in StratusWEB PHONE. 
Bug OMP Corrected the tooltip description for Call Volume in Call Center. 
Now, the tooltip includes Assisted Calls Handled (AST) in the description.
 
Improvement API Corrected an issue where missed call notification emails did not include the user's extension number and name in the email's body. 
Bug API Corrected a regression issue concerning Call Center statistics. 
Previously, API calls for data using the HH:M:SS format were receiving a 400 error.
Bug API Corrected an issue with Call Center where the Agent Log would not update when a user was logged back in using the granular login button.
Bug API Fixed an issue with duplicate missed calls within Call Center Reports when setting the date range to begin and end in different months.
Bug API Corrected a V44. regression issue concerning Call Center Supervisors that are not assigned to any queues. 
Previously, Call Center Supervisors did not have access to call recordings for their calls. 
Bug API Fixed an issue where queue calls ended during voicemail greetings were not tagged as Abandoned Calls.
Bug API Corrected a v44.1 regression issue where agent status was not properly reflected in the Call Center Agent Status Report when agents used star codes to log in/out of queues.
