Add More Dates to a Time Frame

Once you have created routing for events, such as meetings or conferences, it may be necessary to schedule more dates. These additional dates can be added to a Specific Dates time frame at any time.

To add date ranges to an existing time frame…

  1. Navigate to the Time Frames page.
  2. Click Domain or click the Edit icon to pull up a list of your time frames for the whole business.
  3. Click the name of the time frameor click the Edit icon next to the time frame that needs dates added to it.
  4. On the Specific Dates tab, use the date and time fields to select the starting and ending date(s) and times to add to the time frame. 
  5. Click the Add button to add the date range to the Specific dates list.

    ✔ You should now see the new date listed in the Specific dates list.

     
  6. If needed, repeat steps 4 and 5 for each additional date.
  7. If the date(s) will be recurring, use the Recurrence dropdown to select when this time frame should automatically be active in the future.

    Quick Tip: If you have set this time frame to recur, you can use the Ends option to set a date that this time frame will stop following the Recurrence option.

     
  8. If needed, click the Delete icon to remove dates that have already passed. 
  9. When ready, click the Save button.

    ✔ Now you can view the details of the time frame by clicking on the hyperlink next to the time frame. 

    If needed, click the Edit button to add more dates to the time frame.
