Add Contacts to Your Grandstream Conference Phone
Learn how to easily add and manage contacts on your Grandstream conference phone for more efficient communication.

Add New Contacts
To make starting a conference call or a regular call easier from your GAC conference phone, you can add contacts to it.
- To get to the Contacts menu, press the Contacts
icon on the Home screen.
- Press the New Contact button on the Contacts screen
- In the Create contact menu, type in the contact's information, add that contact to a Group if needed, and select a distinct ringtone for this contact.
- Continue to add more contacts as needed.
✔ Once you have saved in contacts, you can tap a contact to view its Contact details.
To place a call to a contact, press the Call
icon next to the phone number to use to call this contact.
Manage Contacts
Once contacts have been added to your conference phone, you will be able to view those contacts, use options to manage contacts, and place calls to them as needed.
While on the Contacts screen, you can press the Options icon to view additional things you can do with your contacts, such as adding more contacts with the New Contact option or creating a spreadsheet of your contacts with the Export Contacts option.
You can also press and hold a contact to view options that can specifically be used for that particular contact.
These options include…
- Edit the number you are about to dial to reach this contact.
- Add this contact to the Favorites tab of your Contacts.
- If you have the conference phone connected to your PC through a USB or Bluetooth connection, you can share this contact with the PC.
- If you have a different device connected to the conference phone via Bluetooth, you can share this contact to that device.
- If this caller should no longer be able to call the conference phone, you can add them to this device's blocklist.
Favorite a Contact
To make calling your most essential contacts easier, you can favorite contacts to sort them into their own tab.

Press and hold the contact you want to favorite.
Quick Tip: You can also favorite a contact you are currently viewing the details for by tapping the Favorite icon.
- In the options that appear, press Add to Favorite.
- Once the contact is favorited, you can quickly view it in the Favorites tab of the Contacts menu.
Sort Contacts into Groups
Groups can be created on your conference phone to make sorting and viewing related contacts easier.
On the Group tab of the Contacts menu, you can view any groups that have been created so far.
Quick Tip: If you selected a Group while creating a contact, that group will be listed on this tab.
To add more Groups…
- Press the Add Group
icon.
- In the Create new group menu, type a preferred name for this group of contacts.
- Once the group has been created, press the Add Contact button to create new contacts that will be immediately sorted into this group.

✔ With contacts added to a group, you can start conference calls with member of this group easily.
While viewing the Group and its members, tap the Call Group
icon.
Select the group members you would like to start a conference call with and tap the Call
icon.
