International Calling
Learn how to make calls abroad when international calling is enabled and which number prefixes to use.

Dialing Out
To call internationally, dial 011 + the full international number.
- This includes country code, area code, and the local international number.
- International rates vary based on the country you are calling and the current rates.
WARNING: By default, international dialing is Disabled unless a request is made to have it enabled.
This helps prevent users of accounts from accidentally making international calls when their organization forbids it. This can also help prevent accounts from encountering international fee fraud.
Please contact our Technical Support team if you would like International Calling enabled for your account.
There is no charge to enable International Calling.
International calling is charged by usage.

NOTE: SpectrumVoIP may disable the ability to call certain global regions due to high fraud risk or if the rate is higher than our threshold.
This is all in order to mitigate fraudulent calling activity.
