Requesting a Login Name

To find out the login name to use for logging into Stratus…

1. Click on the Forgot Login Name link.
   
2. On the Forgot Login Name menu, type your email address in the Email box.
   
3. If known, type in your extension number in the Extension field.
4. Click Send.

Resetting a Password

To reset a forgotten password to get logged in again…

1. Click on the Forgot Password link.
   
2. On the Forgot Password menu, type your username in the Login Name box.
   
3. Click Send.
