Check Your Voicemail with the StratusHUB Mobile App

The Voicemail Tab
When your extension number's mailbox receives a voicemail, the Voicemail tab of the StratusHUB mobile app will display a number on the tab's icon to clearly indicate there is a new voicemail to review.

You should also receive a pop-up notification that you have a received a voicemail as long as the app has permission to use Notifications. 
On the Voicemail tab, you can review voicemails that you have received and kept.
To check saved and trashed voicemails, tap the Folder dropdown.
The folders you can check include…
- New - Stores voicemails that have not been saved or trashed.
- Saved - Stores voicemails that have been moved to the saved folder.
- Trash - Stores voicemails that have been trashed. These voicemails will stay in the Trash folder until the end of the night. Before that time, any accidentally trashed voicemails can be recovered.
Review a Voicemail
On the Voicemail tab, you can review voicemails that you have received for your extension number. To view a specific voicemail's details, tap a voicemail listed on this tab.
While viewing a specific voicemail, the voicemail can be listened to, downloaded, forwarded to other users, moved to the Saved folder, or moved to the Trash folder.

| 2 | Caller Id / Contact Name | Review the caller ID of the caller that left the voicemail. If you have a contact for this person, the contact's name will be shown instead. |
| 3 | Number of days ago | Check how long ago the voicemail was left. |
| 4 | Voicemail Transcription | If voicemail transcriptions are enabled for your extension number, you can view the transcription here. |
| 5 | Playback Bar | Tap Play to listen to this voicemail. Tap and drag the slider to skip ahead/back while listening to the voicemail. |
| 6 | Options | Download this voicemail to your mobile device or adjust the playback speed of the voicemail being listened to. |
| 7 | Call | Place a call to this caller that left a voicemail. |
| 8 | Save | Move the voicemail to the Saved folder of the voicemailbox. |
| 9 | Forward | Forward the voicemail to a different user. |
| 10 | Trash | Move the voicemail to the Trash folder of the voicemailbox. |
Delete a Voicemail
When a voicemail is no longer needed, you can tap the Trash button to delete the voicemail.
Before the app will allow you to delete a voicemail, it will ask you to confirm that this message should be deleted to avoid voicemails from accidentally being sent to the Trash folder. 
Once a voicemail is confirmed to be deleted, it will be moved to the Trash folder of the voicemailbox. 
Recover a Trashed Voicemail
This trash folder is emptied at the end of the day. In the meantime, voicemails in the Trash folder can be recovered.
To recover a voicemail that should be saved…
- Tap the Folder dropdown and select Trash.

Tap the voicemail that needs to be recovered.
- On the Deleted VoiceMail page, tap the Recover button.

✔ You should see a confirmation message stating that the voicemail was saved successfully.

You can find the recovered voicemail in the Saved folder of the voicemailbox.
