Queue Panel in Enswitch – Waste Connections
Learn how to view the status of your agents using the Queue Panel

View an Agent's Status
To view the status of your agents in certain queues…
- Log in to the Enswitch platform.
- Navigate to Control panel → Queue panel.
- Click on the gear button in the top right corner to open the Panel options menu.
- In the Panel options menu, choose the queues you want to view in the Show only queues field.
Quick Tip: You can select multiple queues by holding down the left-click button on your mouse and dragging over the queues you want to view. Another way to choose more than one queue is by holding down the Ctrl key on the keyboard while selecting queues from the list.
Example of the Queue panel for multiple queues:
- After choosing the queues, click Save this option for future access.
- Close the pop-up window at the top after saving.
- Click the arrow to minimize the Panel options menu to fully view the main Control Panel.
Note: The queue panel refreshes every 10 seconds.
If an agent is currently on a call, the queue panel may temporarily display the agent as available. Once the panel refreshes, it will accurately reflect the agent's current status.
