Corrected Call History issue when StratusHUB was in "small" mode. 

    •  Bug: The latest call history entry would show at all times and you could not return to the main list.

SV-368 Feature Added new feature that allows a users to sign in to multiple profiles and switch between them on the fly.
SV-370 Feature Added One to One SIP video calling. Feature can be enabled from Settings-->General.
SV-371 Feature

Add Live Call Quality tracking during live call. 

    •  If network issues are present that could cause quality of service issues, a warning will be displayed, and the signal indicator will show as yellow or red depending on the severity.

SV-373 Improvement Added Hold Button and Hold timer to Active call list on the Dashboard.
SV-379 Improvement Added UI Config to enable/disable use of StratusHUB.
SV-385 Bug Dashboard Filter was not "sticky" and would cause an issue where returning to the dashboard would not show contacts until the filter was removed and re-selected.
SV-386 Improvement

Added the ability to lock the DND/agent status sync function so users are not presented with the DND confirmation dialogue box each time an agent status is changed. 

    •  This can be removed by toggling the DND sync function off in Settings--> General.

SV-387 Feature Added Site or Department filters at the Profile level.  
    •  If this setting is enabled, the entire StratusHUB app will auto-filter each section by the Site or Department setting.
SV-396 Improvement Improved the User experience when transferring a call to ensure that caller is placed on hold before transfer is completed.
SV-399 Improvement

Removed Web HID device prompt when waking up computer from sleep. 

    •  It must be viewed from Settings Menu Now.

SV-400 Bug Resolved issue where the first item on the contact list, voicemail list, and call history would stick on first item when scaling screen from large to small mode.
SV-401 Improvement Added Filter option for Queues and Auto Attendant tabs in Dashboard.
SV-402 Bug Corrected Site and Department filter on Parked Call List view.
SV-415 Improvement Added Dialpad drop down to Dashboard so you can dial straight from Dashboard.
SV-416 Feature Added Call Transcription and Sentiment support in Call history when enabled (Feature is an additional cost).
SV-420 Improvement Side Control Menu will stick expanded or collapsed based on the users choice between menu options.
SV-421 Bug Corrected Bug that was causing a phantom agent to be added to queues if agent changes status while in multiple queues.
SV-427 Bug Correct issue where users could not add disposition notes if there weren't canned disposition Topics added to account.
SV-428 Bug Correct issue where Contacts list page would "refresh" and blink and would not allow you to click further down on the list of contacts.
SV-437 Bug Corrected Bug that caused Web HID to stop working when MFB was pressed on certain Yealink headsets.
SV-439 Improvement Added better logging for more advanced troubleshooting.
SV-440 Bug  Corrected Issue where caller ID name was missing from call Park list.
SV-441 Improvement Added Missed call stat to My Stats view for Call Center Agent.
SV-442 Bug Corrected Issue with the slowness of active calls in Dashboard.
SV-446 Improvement Added Stratus Portal redirect support.
SV-452 Bug Corrected issue triggering recording manually.
SV-459 Bug Corrected issue Swapping between holding calls from outside lines.
