Stratus App - "Error - Unauthorized - User not allowed"

The Issue
When trying to access the Stratus App (Android or iOS), users get the error message “Unauthorized - User not allowed” when attempting to log in.
NOTE: If your account has not had the Stratus App activated, please contact our technical support team.
This is commonly needed for accounts that have had service with SpectrumVoIP since before the Summer of 2023.

Things to Check
- Double check your user name and password. A typo may have occurred.
- Try logging in to the Stratus Web Portal from a web browser. https://stratus.spectrumvoip.com. This should use the Same Username and Password as the app.
- If you can not log in to the Stratus Web Portal, you may need to double check your login information with your Admin who manages the account. Or you may need to do a password reset to reset your password.
- If you can log in to the Stratus Web Portal, but still cannot log in to the app, please contact SpectrumVoIP's Technical Support Team. Your Stratus App account may not have been activated.
