StratusHUB Microsoft Teams Integration
Learn how to integrate Microsoft Teams with StratusHUB to allow you to quickly access and use StratusHUB from within your Teams window.

Placing calls with StratusHUB has never been easier for Microsoft Teams users! StratusHUB is now available as a Microsoft Teams app. Now you can place calls to clients while collaborating with your coworkers through your own Teams application.
To make StratusHUB available for user in your Teams application, the following will need to be completed:
- Add StratusHUB as a Teams app.
- Open and log into StratusHUB through Teams.
- Install and link StratusHUB for Teams Mini.
- Reopen and use StratusHUB in Teams.
Step 1: Open the StratusHUB App in Teams
To begin using StratusHUB through your Microsoft Teams application, you can add the StratusHUB app using Teams' Apps page.
- Select Apps from Team's sidebar.
- In the Added by your org section, find the StratusHUB option and click the Open button.
- Do one of the following to open the app:
- To have StratusHUB accessible through the sidebar, click the Open button.
- To only use StratusHUB through a specific channel, use the search bar to search for and select the channel.
- To have StratusHUB accessible through the sidebar, click the Open button.
- Once you have followed the prompts, you should now be able to see StratusHUB on your Teams' sidebar.
Quick Tip: If you are having issues seeing StratusHUB on your sidebar, click the View more apps option to select it from the list of apps connect to your Teams account.
You can right-click the StratusHUB option and select Pin to have StratusHUB pinned to your Teams sidebar.
Step 2: Open and Log into StratusHUB for Teams
Once the StratusHUB app has been added to Teams, you will need to log into StratusHUB using your Stratus login credentials and give it permission to use your camera, microphone, and speakers.
- Click the new StratusHUB option on Team's sidebar.
- On the Login screen, use your Office 365 account to log into StratusHUB.
NOTE: Your email address must be set in your Stratus user's Profile settings.

If you are having any issues logging into StratusHUB for Teams, please contact our Technical Support team.
- Select your Stratus extension number that you will use StratusHUB with.
- Click the CONTINUE button at the bottom of the list.
Note: If you have any issues seeing this button, try viewing Teams in Fullscreen.
- StratusHUB will ask for permission to access your device's camera, microphone, and speakers. To allow StratusHUB to use these, click the Allow button in the prompt.
Step 3: Install and Link StratusHUB Mini
Once you log into StratusHUB for Teams and allow permissions, you should see a prompt appear that asks for StratusHUB Mini to be downloaded and linked:
IMPORTANT: StratusHUB for Teams Mini needs to be open to allow the StratusHUB Teams app to place and receive calls properly.
Closing StratusHUB Mini will cause issues with placing calls using the StratusHUB Teams app.
To reopen StratusHUB Mini, you can search for and open stratus-mini using the search bar of your PC's taskbar.
By default, StratusHUB Mini should open on startup unless your PC has settings that do not allow this. To make opening StratusHUB Mini easier, you can add a shortcut to your desktop, pin the application to your taskbar, and pin the application to your Start menu.
To make sure that StratusHUB displays and functions correctly in your Teams window, StratusHUB Mini will need to be downloaded and linked to the app within Teams. To do this…
- In Step 1 of the prompt, click the hyperlink associated with your PC's operating system.

Wait for the .exe file to finish downloading through your browser.
- Once the application has downloaded, run the application by opening the file.
- Follow the prompts on screen to log into StratusHUB Mini with your Stratus login credentials.

Return to Step 3 of the Download Mini App window and click the StratusHUB Mini hyperlink.
Quick Tip: Alternatively, you can click the Link to StratusHUB mini
icon on the top of StratusHUB.
- You should see an Open stratus-mini? prompt appear. Click the Open stratus-mini button to finish the linking process.
✔ You should now see StratusHUB Mini open.
If you would like easier access to StratusHUB Mini, you can pin the application to your PC's Taskbar. To do so, right-click Stratus Mini and select Pin to taskbar.
Step 4: Reopen and Use StratusHUB in Teams
Once StratusHUB Mini has been installed and linked, you can reopen the StratusHUB app option in Microsoft Teams. You should now be able to see StratusHUB's interface in your Teams window.
REMINDER: StratusHUB for Teams Mini needs to be open to allow the StratusHUB Teams app to place and receive calls properly.
Closing StratusHUB Mini will cause issues with placing calls using the StratusHUB Teams app.
To reopen StratusHUB Mini, you can search for and open stratus-mini using the search bar of your PC's taskbar.
Now you can easily switch to StratusHUB to place calls while keeping an eye out for Teams chat messages and channel updates.
You can use the StratusHUB Mini application to handle calls as well.
