Available Genres of Music to Use
SpectrumVoIP's customers have our jazz music on hold music enabled by default. The genre of music that is played can be adjusted as needed for your whole business, individual users, and specific call queues.

For customers that would like other options beyond our default we have a small collection of generic Music on Hold files available for download, which can be uploaded using the Stratus web portal.
All Sample MOH - This file contains all of the sample music on hold options.
Christian/Piano - Contains peaceful piano hymns and tranquil sounds. This genre is a great option for spas and churches.
Country - Twangy guitars with “folky” melodies.
HipHop - Crisp beats mixed with synth sounds.
Jazz (Default) - Smooth jazzy, noir tunes.
WARNING: If you would like something else other than these samples, you may upload your own.
